Oh heck, paperwork.. It seems everything has to have a paper trail attached to it. Here you will find the forms associated with the Repair Cafe. The first one is the one that is likely to be useful to most people, and it's a document to book a repair slot to complement the online system. So if you don't feel like using the system on the site, download the form and print it out, or fill it in and email it to us. Then there are disclaimers and health and safety, which we take very seriously.
The last is the form we use to monitor the repairs that are actually done at the cafe, for working out just what we've done afterwards.
